Amendment of User Agreement
Dreamjobs.ng may amend or modify this User Agreement in whole or in part from time to time, without notice (unless such prior notice is required by law), by posting an amended User Agreement on the Site or any linked information. Such updated version of the User Agreement will be effective at the time we post it.
To access or use Dreamjobs, (1) you must be at least 18 years of age or older and, if under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your use of Dreamjobs must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian or other responsible adult and (2) you, or (where applicable) the adult supervising your use of Dreamjobs, must have the power and authority to enter into these Terms. Except for an employer’s authorized use of a Free Employer Account, or as otherwise approved by us, Dreamjobs is for your personal, non-commercial use unless you enter into a separate agreement with us for your commercial use. You may not use Dreamjobs if we have terminated your account or banned you.
Third-Party Content on Dreamjobs. Content from other users, advertisers, and other third parties is made available to you through Dreamjobs.ng (Content) means any work of authorship or information, including salaries, company reviews, interview reviews, company photos, employer responses, job ads, employer profile information, advertisements, comments, opinions, postings, resumes, messages, text, files, images, photos, works of authorship, e-mail, data or other materials you find on Dreamjobs. Because we do not control such Content, you understand and agree that: (1) we are not responsible for, and do not endorse, any such Content, including advertising and information about third-party products and services, job ads, or the employer, interview and salary-related information provided anonymously by other users; (2) we make no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, suitability, reliability or quality of the information in such Content; and (3) we assume no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful Content made available by users, advertisers, and third parties.We allow users to post content for employers when they have been employed by the employer as a full-time, part-time, contractor, freelancer, independent employee or provide work that is an integral part of the employer’s value chain. We also allow users to review the staffing firms that place them in these roles. We consider all workers in these roles as ‘employees’ with regard to content left on Dreamjobs.
Site Rules. You represent and warrant that you will use Dreamjobs solely for lawful purposes in a manner consistent with these Terms and any and all applicable laws, regulations, or other legally enforceable obligations (including contractual obligations) you may have towards us and any third parties. You are solely responsible for any and all Content that is posted through your account on Dreamjobs (Your Content).You agree that you will not:
While we endeavor to make this service the best it can be, employer websites are not controlled by Dreamjobs, and we cannot guarantee that your application will be properly received and logged by the third-party employer website upon transmission. If you have any reason to think your application was not received by an employer, we suggest you contact them directly to confirm.
Posting Jobs on Dreamjobs. You may not post any job ad that:
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Nigeria. You and Getlancers.com irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
The materials on Dreamjobs\'s web site are provided as is. Dreamjobs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Dreamjobs does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Dreamjobs provides a venue for employers/recruiters to post jobs and search for candidates, and for candidates to post resumes and search for jobs. Dreamjobsis not involved in the actual transaction between employers/recruiters and candidates. As a result, Dreamjobs has no control over User Content, or the quality, safety, or legality of jobs or resumes posted and makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content. Dreamjobs shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity in connection with jobs posted on or through the Site. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, form and substance of any of your User Content. You further acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for evaluating any Materials (including but not limited to job postings) and that Dreamjobs shall not be responsible for your career decisions.
Dreamjobs may discontinue, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, the Services and/or your account, without notice or liability for any violation of these Terms or for any other use of the Site, the Services or the Materials that Dreamjobs, at its sole discretion, deems improper. Dreamjobs may also discontinue offering the Site, the Materials or any of the Services, or may modify any portion of the Site, the Materials or the Services at any time with or without notice to you.
The provisions of this User Agreement are severable, and if any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision may be removed and the remaining provisions will be enforced. This Agreement may be assigned by Dreamjobs.ng to a third party without your consent in the event of a sale or other transfer of some or all of the assets of Dreamjobs.ng. In the event of any sale or transfer you will remain bound by the User Agreement. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to an anticipated or actual breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Nothing in this clause shall exclude or restrict your liability arising out of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
